Keep in mind that during the High Season (May to mid Sept) we only rent on a weekly (Sat to Sat) basis.  Exception: Sept 2008 - 4 nights minimum.

During the Low Season (Mid Sept to May) the minimum stay is three nights unless it is a holiday week. Thanksgiving and Christmas is 5 nights minimum and other holiday weeks are 4 nights minimum.
