High Season Rental Period
The
minimum rental period during the high season is a one week rental which
must
begin and end on a Saturday. Check in time is 10 am on Saturday
and check out time is 3 pm a week later on Saturday. Note Exception: The two night period
from June 21st to 23rd
are available for rent ($350 per night Plus cleaning and taxes). All of September - four nights minimum,
$350 per night plus cleaning and taxes. (Book 6 or more nights in
September and get 7th night free).
Rates:
The
rental rate for high season is $2,450 per week (Saturday to
Saturday check in/out) plus a one
time departure cleaning fee of $130 plus 10%
city transient occupancy tax.
Also added to the rent and fees is a mandatory refundable damage
security deposit of $500
which is returned after your departure (see below).
High Season Bookings
After receiving your reservation request, a rental
agreement will be emailed
to you to print, fill out and sign. If it is more than 60 days before
entry, to hold a reservation for the dates
you specify, prospective guests
have 7 days to return for each week reserved a $1,000 deposit and the
signed rental agreement. After
7 days the reservation is subject to cancellation until such time the
deposit
and signed agreement are received. Payment may be made by personal
check. You
may also make payment via Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard) or PayPal. An
additional 3.5% fee will be charged to cover the cost.
Refundable Damage Security deposit policy
A refundable damage security deposit of
$500.00 is due at the time the rental balance is
due (see “High Season Final Payment” below). Provided there
is no damage to the property,
the house, its contents, or excessive cleaning required, all of the
security
deposit will be returned to you within 14 days of your departure.
Should
any portion of the deposit be withheld, an itemized list and
documentation
of damage will be returned along with any remaining deposit balance.
High Season Final Payment
The remaining balance of your total rental charge plus
the $500 refundable security
deposit is due 60 days before your arrival date. Payment
may be made by personal check
or money order. You
may also make payment via Credit Card or PayPal. An
additional 3.5% fee will be charged to cover the cost.
High Season Cancellation policy
Should
you need to cancel a reservation, an email or written notice must be
received no less
than 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, otherwise you will
forfeit
all rental sums paid to date unless we are able to re-rent the
property. If the reservation is cancelled more than 60 days in advance
of your scheduled
arrival date, we will return all monies paid, less a $200 per week
cancellation fee.
If you cancel your reservation 60 days or less from your scheduled
arrival date,
we will attempt to re-rent the property. If we are able rent the
property,
we will provide a refund, less the $200 per week cancellation fee. If
we do not succeed
in re-renting, we can only refund the security deposit of $500.
Refunds for cancellation are given only when, and if all of the dates
you
have rented are re-rented.
